POEISISPOESIA is a web page I created when I was doing my PhD at UF. The main idea of this page was to collect all the poems I had written based on paintings. It was a project on how to teaching using online applications, and I made it personal by using my creative work.

"Poets on Paintings: A Bibliography" is a systematic description of publications of poems related to paintings. Some of my poems --translated by Toshiya Kamei-- appear in this collection published in 2010.

This is a chapbook on poetry about artistic paintings, and it's published by Canvas Press. The translator Toshiya Kamei chose the poems from a collection of poems I have been written since 2003 titled in Spanish "GalerÃa de arte" (Art Gallery).

"The Dream (1910) by Henri Rousseau" and "Among lanterns" are some of the poems published by Canvas Press in 2007.

INTERNATIONAL POETRY REVIEW in its <Hispanic/Latino Issue> published in 2008 introduced some of my poems from the collection "Art Gallery/GalerÃa de arte". Toshiya Kamei translated the poems.

"The red studio (1911) by Henri Matisse" published in 2008 by INTERNATIONAL POETRY REVIEW. Translator: Toshiya Kamei.

PARTHENON WEST REVIEW was in 2007 a poetry journal focus on translation and literature. The magazine published some of my poems translated by Toshiya Kamei. The poems belong to the collection titled "Art Gallery/GalerÃa de arte"
